Corrections and price changes
If something on a page is wrong or out of date, include the page address and what has changed, ideally with a link to the provider's official page. We check every correction request.
What we cannot help with
- We cannot give personal financial, tax, legal or investment advice. For free, impartial money guidance, see MoneyHelper.
- We cannot deal with account or billing problems with providers we write about. Please contact the provider directly.
- We do not accept paid placements or sponsored reviews.
Suggesting a guide or a provider
If there is a comparison you would find useful, or a UK provider you think we should look at, tell us what you need it for: the type and size of your business, what you use today and what is not working. We use these suggestions to plan new guides. We cannot promise to cover every suggestion, and suggesting a provider does not mean it will be recommended.
Providers and affiliate programmes
If you represent a provider and spot a factual error, such as an old price or a feature that has changed, please send a link to the official page that shows the current information and we will check it. Our recommendations are not for sale: see our advertising disclosure and how we review.
Your data
If you email us, we use your name, address and message only to reply and keep a record of the conversation. See our privacy notice for how long we keep it and your rights.
Reporting scams and security problems
We cannot investigate scams, but these official services can: forward suspicious emails to report@phishing.gov.uk, forward suspicious texts to 7726, and report fraud to Action Fraud (or Police Scotland if you are in Scotland). Our cyber security checklist explains how to protect a small business.
